QCI platform identifies high-traffic areas, popular cars and customer trends.
USA – Hard Rock Casino in Northern Indiana and Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) announced the installation of a QCI Slot platform in a hotel. The platform analyzes the interaction of players, determining which cars work best and which ones to remove from the hall without compromising income. It also identifies high-traffic areas, popular machines and customer trends.
Cameron West, director of gaming operations at Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana, said:

Casino Hard Rock in Northern Indiana opened to the public in May with a launch ceremony that featured Jackson 5 members Marlon and Tito Jackson. The $300 million casino is located along the busy Interstate 80/94 in Gary. It was built to replace the 25 year old Majestic Star Casino boats that closed in April.
