Callahan joined Ocean in July 2020 as SVP of Hospitality and was promoted to EVP of Hospitality and Gaming in July 2021.

After its most successful year ever, Ocean Casino Resort recently announced its upcoming investment in over $75 million including the long-awaited addition of over 460 rooms and suites. Last summer, Ocean announced a $15 million property improvement, including a refurbished casino floor with a new high stakes experience.
